At our gym, we specialize in working with clients—primarily ages 50 to 70—who want to build strength, maintain independence, and improve their overall health without risking injury. Whether you’re on the younger or older side of this range, we’re here to support you!
Our professional coaches meet you where you are, helping you modify or progress exercises to suit your needs. Have aches, pains, or past injuries? No problem—we’ll work around them so you can still enjoy a safe, effective workout. We even work closely with physical therapists and orthopedic doctors to ensure you’re in good hands every step of the way.
Group personal training includes:
• 8–16 training sessions per month (you choose how many days per week to train after your free trial)
• Monthly goal-setting with your coach
• Accountability to help you stick to your goals
• Monthly body fat scans to track your progress
• Weekly meal plans with delicious recipes
