Meagan Baron
 

At 18, I began a transformative journey by joining the United States Marine Corps, where I proudly served two overseas tours. The physical and mental demands of military life tested my limits daily, sparking a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and personal growth.

As I advanced in the Marine Corps, I developed a deep enthusiasm for helping others reach their fitness goals and holding them to the highest standards. When my time in the service ended, I knew I wanted to continue inspiring and empowering others to "Make It Happen."

Outside of the gym, I am a proud single mother of three amazing kids. When I'm not coaching at Get Fit NH or working out myself, you can often find me enjoying the beach, camping, spending time at the lake, or cruising in my pink Polaris Slingshot. In the winter, you'll likely catch me hibernating and dreaming of warmer days!

Meagan holds an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science and is certified as a Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Youth Fitness Specialist (Level 1), and Specialist in Senior Fitness through the International Sports Sciences Association.

Dylan Tiede

Growing up, I was always active and involved in sports, but it wasn’t until my sophomore year at Prospect Mountain High School that I discovered my true passion for fitness. It all started when I chose weightlifting as one of my electives. Like many, I felt nervous and intimidated stepping into the gym for the first time with no prior experience or knowledge. But I quickly realized how welcoming and supportive the environment was, which helped me feel right at home.

As I became more comfortable, I fell in love with the structure and routine of working out. It wasn’t just about the physical changes—I started feeling better mentally and more confident in myself. Hearing compliments on my progress gave me a sense of gratitude and motivation, and I was even able to inspire some of my family members to start their own fitness journeys.

My passion for health and fitness has driven me to continually learn and grow, always striving to improve myself. But what I’ve found even more rewarding than achieving my own goals is helping others achieve theirs. Seeing how I could positively impact my family’s well-being inspired me to become a coach, so I could use my knowledge and experience to help others live happier, healthier lives.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Get Fit NH team as I continue to grow and strive to be the best coach I can be.

Mike Ransom

Mike Ransom brings both expertise and energy to the Get Fit NH team as a Certified Functional Strength Coach through Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. While he works full-time for a tech company, Mike finds true fulfillment in his "fun job" at Get Fit NH, where he shares his passion for functional training and fitness with every client he meets.

Known for his creative finishers, high energy, contagious smile, and remarkable ability to connect with others, Mike creates an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and motivated to push their limits. His love for fitness, combined with his knack for fostering personal connections, makes him an invaluable part of the Get Fit NH family.

Whether you're powering through one of his creative workouts or sharing a laugh during a session, Coach Mike’s enthusiasm and dedication are sure to leave a lasting impression!

Lydia Jennings

Lydia Jennings has strong background in exercise science and a passion for helping people move, feel, and perform at their best, Lydia brings both knowledge and energy to our community.

Lydia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science and a Minor in Psychology, recognizing that training is as much mental as it is physical. She has many years of coaching experience, working with individuals and groups of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. She is USR Speed Rating Certified and has experience with the Wim Hof Method & Phase 6 Workshop, focusing on breathwork, mindset, and performance.

Continuing to expand her expertise, Lydia is currently pursuing certifications in Precision Nutrition, ZHealth Neuroscience, and the Wim Hof Beginner Training Module.

 

At Get Fit NH, Lydia coaches across all four training days with a mix of morning and afternoon sessions. She also be offers one-on-one personal training.

Ashley Daigle

Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge, personal experience, and a passion for helping others build strength and confidence in their fitness journey.

Ashley holds an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science from Manchester Community College and is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC Level 1). She is also a Certified Nutrition Coach and specializes in pre and postpartum training and nutrition through Girls Gone Strong. With a Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification, she is dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and train safely for long-term success.

Her personal journey is just as inspiring as her credentials—Ashley has lost over 100 pounds, trained through pregnancy with twin boys, and continues to lead by example. When she’s not coaching, you can find her playing indoor soccer, softball, and basketball, or enjoying summer camping trips with her family.

Ashley’s combination of expertise, real-life experience, and love for movement make her a fantastic addition to our coaching team.
