1 cup Hood Chocolate Calorie Countdown (Let's Hear It Mark Riel!) 1 cup cottage cheese 1 scoop UMP Chocolate protein powder 1T General Foods International Coffees Swiss Mocha sugar-free, fat-free instant coffee 3 drops peppermint Extract 2 T of flax meal Ice to taste

Directions: Blend ingredients in a blender. Serves 1-2.
