One of the most challenging obstacles we face when trying to eat healthy is the mindset that it has to take a long time to prepare a nutritious meal. Here's 11 lunch or dinner ideas that can be fixed in a jiffy and don't cost and arm and a leg. Can’t think of anything to eat? Here are some nutritious, well-balanced ideas! Chopped Hard boiled Egg mixed with tuna
Served on a bed of salad greens
Slice of avocado
Stir fry pork
Add fresh or frozen veggies to meat while cooking
1 teaspoon minced ginger root and 2 Tablespoon soy sauce

Add frozen stir fry veggies while cooking
