Add all ingredients to a blender and blend away!!
Note: Adding more ice will thicken the shake so you can eat it with a spoon.

Glow Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs or bakers’ chocolate
  • 1 cup ice

Blueberry Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
 
 

Strawberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

Caribbean Mango Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
