Pre Get Fit NH I was a “modifier.” I would be “on a diet” every Monday through Wednesday and then it was just a little of this and a little of that. By Friday all bad habits were back in full force…to start again on Monday. I tried counting points, plans online, my own plan, and no plan. Now down just shy of 100 pounds in a year and half….down 5 clothing sizes..I feel lighter, move faster, I am one thousand percent stronger and have no pain. This is a life changing transformation..and I am so thankful for the help and that you both do what you do daily.

Getting Stronger Isn't Everything
Almost anyone can train a teenage athlete to get stronger, but that is only a small part of the picture.

- What about agility, coordination, reflexes and reaction?

There is no magic here. No tricks to jumping higher and running faster. As an athlete you must walk in the doors with focus, determination and the willingness to work hard and then some.
Hi Dean, I’m happy to report that after training @ GFNH for several months I’ve lost about 15 lbs. & a few notches in my belt! I’ve had the happy experience of fitting into older pants & getting to buy new jeans as the old ones have too much room 🙂 There’s no doubt that I’ve grown stronger & can actually now see muscles I haven’t seen for a long time.
