Meagan Sbat
Owner

When I was 18 years old I joined the United States Marine Corps where I served two tours overseas. During my time in the service my fitness was put to the test daily. This rigorous training caused me to become passionate about my health and well-being.
 
As I grew in the Marine Corps I became sincerely enthusiastic about helping others reach their fitness goals and upholding those goals to the highest standards. I realized that when my time in the service came to an end I did not want my time as a motivator and fitness enthusiast to end. I wanted to encourage others to “Make It Happen.”
 
I am lucky to be surrounded by incredible students and an unbelievable team day in and day out.
 
Meagan Sbat holds an Associates in Exercise Science, and is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Youth Fitness 1, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Specialist in Senior Fitness with the International Sport Sciences Association.
 
 
 

Adam Gray
Coach

I grew up in Chichester and graduated from Plymouth State where I really figured out exactly what it was I wanted to be a part of.
 
I have played sports in some capacity year round for my entire life. Whether that was out on the field as a kid or playing 4 sports a year in high school, athletics and physical activity have always been a huge part of my life.
 
It may be hard to believe but most of my life was spent as someone who was very overweight and it cost me major opportunities to do the things I loved on a larger stage when I was younger. To this point I have lost nearly 100lbs and feel better than I ever have in my life. This, along with my love for athletics, is what drives me to help you become the best you can be.
 
Whether that is getting in the shape you want to be in terms of weight and strength, or to increase speed and explosiveness for competition, I love it all. I am extremely excited for the opportunity to help any and all who want to make a difference in their life, no matter how small or how large the goal.
 
Adam Gray holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Plymouth State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
 
 
 

Dylan

I have always been an active person playing sports growing up. It wasn't until my sophomore year at Prospect Mountain Highschool, that I realized my passion for fitness. That's when I took weightlifting as one of my electives. At first, I was probably just as nervous as anybody else is when first stepping into a gym. Having no prior experience or knowledge I found myself a little intimidated. I quickly found out how warm and receptive everyone was.
 
After a while I started to become better acclimated and fell in love with the routine of working out. I started to feel better about myself both physically and mentally. The best part of it all was hearing all the compliments I was receiving. It's always good to acknowledge the hard work you put in, but hearing it from others always gave me gratitude and motivation. I even motivated some of my family members to start exercising.
 
I am always trying to improve myself and learn new things, especially when it comes to health and fitness. That's why I'm constantly trying to be better and achieve personal goals. But I realize helping someone else achieve their goals and success is even more gratifying than my own. And after seeing how I could impact my family to better themselves I knew I wanted to become a coach. That way I could use the knowledge and experience I'd gain to help everyone live a happier, healthier life. I'm ecstatic to be part of the Get Fit NH team, as I continue to grow to be the best coach I can be.

Ashley Fosher
Coach

I have been an athlete my whole life playing soccer, softball, and basketball. Being active has always been something I enjoy, whether it is playing a sport, four wheeling, longboarding, snowboarding, you name it! After high school, I went on to study sports management but knew that I wanted to be more involved hands-on, therefore I made the switch and obtained my degree in Exercise Science.
 
I started my health journey in 2017, losing just over 100lbs. I understand and can relate to the challenges and rewards that come along with a fitness journey. I have a passion for health and fitness and my goal is not only to inspire others but to help others take that first step in their own journey.
 
I am motivated and driven to continue expanding my knowledge in both the fitness and nutrition field to better my skills and in turn, help others reach their goals.
 
Ashley Fosher holds an Associates's degree in Exercise Science and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
 
 
 
 
 

Jared Mostue

In 2015 my cousin Blake, who was a Navy SEAL, was killed during training. He was a major influence on my life when it came to fitness. He was always pushing me to get back into shape after college but I was "too busy" to put in much time and effort. When he died I took a hard look at my life and what I was doing with it. I decided I needed a change. I was beginning to get burnt out working in an office, staring at a computer screen for 40 hours a week. While working my last office job I would take my lunch breaks and run with a friend to the gym to lift. Soon I found that I had a knack for programming fun and challenging workouts for us to do each week. We began talking on our runs that I should look into becoming a trainer. Suddenly everything that Blake had been telling me for years made sense. As a SEAL he dedicated his life to making the world a better place. I now knew I had a talent that I could use to make the lives of those around me better. Almost 4 years later I am living up to my potential in a career I absolutely love and where I can make a difference in the lives of others. When we were little my grandmother taught us what is now a family has a motto, "You get what you give, so go and give well." I have taken this as my mission in life; so much so, I have it tattooed on my side as a permanent reminder.
 
  • • Jared is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and holds a NASM Specialization in Corrective Exercise.

  • • A former collegiate athlete competing nationally in ski racing and soccer, Jared began coaching ski racing immediately after graduating college with a Business Degree from Alfred University. His love of coaching and passion for improving the lives of those around him through physical fitness provides the drive behind his mission.

  • • Currently a high level obstacle course racer, Jared loves to combine the unique movements of OCR, olympic lifting and past sports experience into his own fitness programming. This combination provides him with a unique perspective when it comes to providing functional fitness training to clients at any fitness level.
