January 8: No artificial sweeteners in your drinks
January 9: Eat healthy fats, fish oil, avocado etc.
January 10: Take a multivitamin
January 11: Log your food for the day
January 12: No cheese of any kind today
January 13: Post a recipe to our Facebook Page or email it to your coach
January 14: Plan ones weeks menu
