Rock N’ Race 2016 Pickup and Meetup Details

This Thursday is the Rock N’ Race – where did THAT come from?

Anyhoo, here’s the deal on how to get your shirt and bib number, etc.

Coach Meagan is going to pick up the shirts as soon as they are available on Tuesday afternoon and bring them to the Concord gym. She is going to sort them out with your shirt size and number, and then we will do our best to separate the Epsom and Concord shirts. Coach Dean will then pick the Epsom shirts up late Tuesday afternoon and bring them to the Epsom gym.

PLEASE NOTE: Because we have such a big team, and you all did such an amazing job getting your friends and family to sign up, we don’t personally know everybody on the team. If you have a friend or family member (or even you) would prefer to pick up your shirt at one location over the other please let us know and we will do our level best to accommodate. We will be bringing any shirts that do not get picked up directly to our meetup spot on Thursday afternoon, so you can also meet us there. Thanks!

Here are the available shirt pickup times at each gym:

Get Fit NH Concord, 287 South Main St.

Tues: 4:00pm to 7:30pm
Wed: 3:00pm to 7:30 pm
Thu: 4:45am to 12:00pm

Get Fit NH Epsom, 167 New Orchard Rd.

Wed: 9:00am to 7:00pm
Thu: 4:45am to 3:00pm

PLEASE REMEMBER: We are open Wednesday afternoon and evening this week and closed Thursday afternoon so we can all participate!

Meeting Place and Time: We will meet up to pass out remaining shirts/bibs and get a team photo at the Eagle Square Clock (it is still there, right?) at 5:30pm.
