We have recently introduced sled pulls in our group training program. You may be wondering where they came from or why we are doing them. Here's a handful of reasons why we like em' - It is a simple exercise that anyone can do regardless of their fitness level or expertise. We can scale the intensity individually by adding or taking away plates.
- You can load this exercise with a lot of weight with minimal risk of injury to your body. Low risk, high reward. We are not working against gravity so your joints will appreciate that.
- Great for improving strength and muscle in your legs without the added stress other exercises cause to your knees.
- Improves aerobic endurance and conditioning
